Cat is a creative obsessed with viewing the world askew. She prides herself on out of the box thinking and shaking up from the ordinary. A go to when you want someone to take something in at every angle and then still ask “What haven’t we seen?”
She uses this approach to great effect in problem-solving and creative design.
She does know how to reel back however. As a manager – Cat is focused on the steady accumulation of work. A believer in quality above all else and the idea that the day today builds tomorrow.
